Delta Challenge kickoff Winner! & #DeltaEntrepreneurship DEN 2.0 Fellow
As a Businessman, I never considered myself as being a big talker. I was always the guy behind the scenes. Never thought I would be the pitch man, Also didn’t plan on starting a business in 100 non stop days with StartCO. As an civic entrepreneur focused on education, never in a million years would I have thought that I’d be competing in pitch competitions, much less winning them. I nailed my first one ever at the Delta Challenge pitch competition in Memphis at the Kress Center. The win gives me “The DEN fellowship,” which includes future training workshops and the opportunity to participate in a special segment of New Orleans Entrepreneur Week—produced by The Idea Village—in March 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana. My Network fellows and I will pitch our ideas, participate in programmatic workshops, connect with fellow entrepreneurs, industry experts, and mentors.
